Refund and Cancellation

  1. Ride Cancellations

    • Once a ride has started, it cannot be canceled, and charges will apply based on usage.

  2. Refunds

    • Refunds are only issued in cases of system malfunctions, incorrect billing, or technical issues preventing ride completion.

    • Users must request a refund within 24 hours of the ride through the Glyde support section.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  3. Non-Refundable Charges

    • Charges due to user error, parking violations, or misuse of the service are non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued for unused ride time after unlocking the scooter.

  4. Dispute Resolution

    • Users can raise disputes for incorrect charges or technical issues through the app.

    • Glyde’s customer support team will review disputes and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
