Refunds are only issued in cases of system malfunctions, incorrect billing, or technical issues preventing ride completion.

Users must request a refund within 24 hours of the ride through the Glyde support section.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges

Charges due to user error, parking violations, or misuse of the service are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for unused ride time after unlocking the scooter.
