User Agreement

Welcome to Glyde Rideshare Mobility Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," "your") and the Company, governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") in Mumbai, India. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You are solely responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. Use of Services

  • You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic and vehicle safety laws in Mumbai.

  • Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

    • Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    • Transporting illegal substances or hazardous materials.

    • Using the Services to engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Fees for using the Services are as displayed in the app at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or introduce new fees at our discretion, with notice provided through the app or website.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to:

    • Treat vehicles and equipment provided through the Services with care.

    • Report any damage, theft, or malfunction immediately through the app.

  • You will be held liable for damages resulting from misuse or negligence.

6. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services for violations of this Agreement or if required by law.

  • You may terminate your account by contacting customer support. Outstanding obligations, such as unpaid fees, will remain enforceable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding six months.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The arbitration venue shall be Mumbai.

10. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
